Voyager Space announced it has officially rebranded as Voyager Technologies, Inc., signaling its evolution into a broader technology-focused organization. The move reflects the company’s commitment to delivering mission-critical solutions across defense, national security, and space innovation.

This is more than a name change—it’s a declaration to the broader market of our expanded capabilities and our role as a driving force with proven impact across multiple diverse domains.”
Under its new structure, Voyager Technologies has streamlined operations into three business segments. The Defense & National Security division will focus on advanced systems such as spectrum dominance, communications, and guidance technologies critical to national security. The Space Solutions segment will continue delivering space systems, including the Bishop Airlock and mission management services. Finally, the Starlab Space Stations division is advancing commercial space infrastructure, ensuring a sustainable human presence in Low Earth Orbit (LEO).
Matthew Kuta, President of Voyager, underscored the strategic timing of this shift: “This transformation positions Voyager to meet the growing demands of an increasingly complex global geopolitical landscape and a new era of exploration. While defense and national security have always been a cornerstone of our business, we are now publicly elevating this focus.”
