SEOPS, Maverick Space Systems, and Innovative Solutions In Space (ISISPACE) have announced a new partnership to enhance access to Geostationary Transfer Orbits (GTO). While maintaining their independent operations, the three companies will combine their expertise to address a key gap in the small satellite market: reliable and efficient rideshare missions to GTO.

This collaboration builds on years of cooperative efforts between the companies. Chad Brinkley, CEO of SEOPS, highlighted the natural progression of their relationship. “We share a mission-first culture and a hands-on work ethic,” he said. “Working together enables us to offer exceptional solutions to a broader range of clients in a rapidly evolving space industry.”

Each partner contributes unique strengths. Maverick Space Systems specializes in dispenser stack hardware, separation systems, and integration services for missions ranging from small launch vehicles to larger Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicles (EELVs). ISISPACE brings two decades of experience in small satellite solutions, launch equipment, and rideshare services for a global customer base. SEOPS offers innovative capacity programs and recently secured a Falcon 9 rideshare mission to GTO, scheduled for late 2028.

Roland Coelho, CEO of Maverick Space Systems, emphasized the significance of the partnership for addressing the underserved GTO market. “While existing rideshare options cater effectively to Low Earth Orbit (LEO), GTO remains a challenge for many,” he said. “This collaboration marks the first dedicated rideshare mission to GTO, creating new opportunities for commercial, U.S. Government, and international customers.”

Abe Bonnema, Co-Founder of ISISPACE, noted the strategic importance of the move. “The market’s needs are evolving, and this partnership allows us to adapt by offering GTO rideshare services,” he said. “Our international customers stand to benefit from a more streamlined and accessible path to GTO.”
