iSEE (Impact Space Expedition & Exploration Global Corp) has announced it has launched a US-focused subsidiary, iSEE US, as part of its strategy to meet the growing demand for Space Domain Awareness (SDA) solutions within the US commercial and government sectors. This move reflects the company’s commitment to establishing a stronger presence in the United States while ensuring full compliance with US regulatory standards, including Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) mitigation.
Founded in Austria in 2023, iSEE Global has rapidly positioned itself as a leader in SDA, driven by increasing global demand for real-time insights to monitor and manage space activities. The new subsidiary aims to help government and commercial clients address space security challenges, such as collision avoidance and space traffic management, with advanced, AI-driven capabilities.
Andy Bowyer, appointed CEO of iSEE US, brings two decades of experience in space technology and US market development. His expertise in navigating regulatory requirements like the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) will be crucial as iSEE US seeks to engage with federal agencies and secure government contracts. “The US market presents unique challenges but immense opportunities. We’re confident that iSEE US is well-positioned to support the need for real-time space intelligence across defense, national security, and commercial missions,” Bowyer noted.
iSEE US will focus on providing AI-powered SDA solutions to ensure mission-critical space assets are protected and well-managed, especially amid increasing risks from space debris and adversarial activities. Co-Founder and Co-CEO of iSEE Global, Bernhard Niedermayer, highlighted iSEE’s commitment to supporting the US space ecosystem: “With Andy’s proven success in launching European technologies in the US, we are confident iSEE US will excel and deliver substantial value.”
