Amentum announced it has been awarded NASA’s Fully Integrated Lifecycle Mission Support Services II (FILMSS II) contract, valued at up to $256 million. The contract will support a wide range of NASA’s exploration and aeronautics efforts at the Ames Research Center in California. Through this partnership, Amentum will introduce advanced project management tools and innovative solutions, helping NASA achieve key space and science objectives.

The contract covers a variety of mission areas, including planetary science, astrophysics, space biosciences, astrobiology, heliophysics, and Earth science. Amentum’s scope of work also includes support for small satellite missions, aeronautics research, and technology development.

The FILMSS II contract will span an initial two-year base period with three one-year options for extension, with the majority of the work being conducted at NASA’s Ames Research Center.
