ExoAnalytic Solutions, a leader in space domain awareness (SDA) services, announced its plan to acquire UK-based startup 3S Northumbria. This move will establish 3S Northumbria as a wholly-owned subsidiary of ExoAnalytic Solutions, enhancing the availability of commercial space situational awareness (SSA) capabilities for the UK Government and its allies.
ExoAnalytic Solutions provides space surveillance and tracking, using a wide network of telescopes and advanced software to provide real-time data and analytics on objects in orbit. Acquiring 3S Northumbria, known for its innovative space technology and data integration methods, strengthens ExoAnalytic’s presence in the UK and Europe.
