PRESS RELEASE — January 11, 2023 – NASA has awarded contracts to IBEX IT Business Experts, LLC of Norcross, Georgia, Bryce Solutions, LLC of Alexandria, Virginia, and Strategy Consulting Team of Fairfax, Virginia, to provide human capital support across the agency.

The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts include firm fixed-price task orders on a firm fixed-price completion or firm fixed-price level-of-effort basis. The contract was set aside for women-owned small business and valued at US $76 million. The contract includes a five-year ordering period that begins March 1, with an option to extend through August of 2028.

This new agencywide acquisition will provide a wide range of human capital support services ranging from human resources business partner advisory support for the organization’s human resources strategy, to subject-matter expertise in human capital policy development, data analytics, learning and talent development, and executive services. The contractor will provide oversight to administer the contract across all NASA’s human resource offices within NASA centers and field locations.
